BIBUS continues its investment strategy in Italy
We are pleased to announce that BIBUS Italia, OCP S.r.l. (Oleodinamica Commerciale Piemontese), OCV S.r.l. (Oleodinamica Commerciale Vicentina) and OMC S.r.l. (Costruzioni Oleomeccaniche), owned by Giuseppe and Michele Crescenzi, have reached an agreement. Thanks to this strategic decision, we will be able to guarantee a strong presence on the Italian market, supporting our customers and our partners in the development of their daily activities, with the aim of achieving a consolidated success in their respective markets.
Our companies have always collaborated with the same type of customers and the same business partners in Italy, and it is our intention to strengthen and expand these relationships. The combination of the OCP Group's deep presence in the Italian market and BIBUS Italia's solid expertise in the Off-Highway and Industrial sectors will ensure a high level of services and a series of technically advanced solutions for all our customers throughout the country, whether they are manufacturers, dealers or end-users.
Starting from January 2018, OCP and OCV will be integrated into BIBUS Italia, while OMC will become a member operating as a standalone company.
BIBUS Italia will therefore guarantee its services by operating from three branches: Bologna, Turin and Vicenza.
We are also pleased to inform you that Giuseppe and Michele Crescenzi will continue their activities as partners within BIBUS Italia.
BIBUS founded a new company in Serbia
As per October 1st 2021, we have started with a new company in Serbia, called BIBUS Industry DOO with its Headquarters in Sabac.
