New Joint-Venture in Romania

As per January 1st 2009, our new joint venture in Romania is called BIBUS EUROFLUID S.R.L. This establishes a direct presence of BIBUS together with a successful, already well established company in the Romanian market. With this joint-venture BIBUS has made an important step in the implementation of our new strategy for developing the strategic business area hydraulics within BIBUS AG Group. The managing director is Doru Serban Lazar.
Since 2002 EUROFLUID S.R.L. has been active as a dynamic company offering comprehensive hydraulic and pneumatic solutions for the Romanian machine industry. The basis for the success and continual growth of EUROFLUID was the consistent focus on engineering and services which stand out against the competition. BIBUS EUROFLUID S.R.L starts with an experienced team and an existing customer base.

BIBUS EUROFLUID has 22 employees, divided into two departments, the commercial department and the technical department. Within the departments they are organised in teams. One of the biggest assets of the company is the excellent mixture between highly qualified ambitious young employees and technical very experienced people.

Objectives

Due to the fact that the three core competences of the BIBUS Group “engineering, logistics and services” already exist at a high level at BIBUS EUROFLUID our goals are:

To be the leading hydraulic solution provider for the Romanian market. The existing large customer base should be offered a considerable part of the Hydraulics by BIBUS products portfolio in addition to the existing product range. For the products to be added BIBUS AG Group ensures that the employees are trained quickly and comprehensively so that a high degree of consultancy expertise can also be ensured.

To install here a Group Competence Centre for at least one assembly group according to our new group-wide strategy (BIBOX) regarding hydraulic systems & assemblies.
